Ernesto was in trouble for rape kidnapping, and robbery. And his punishment was he would be sentenced to 20 to 30 years in prison. His case got appealed because he said the police had
unconstitutionally obtained his confession. And his case went to the USA supreme court. after the appealed his case got reviled in 1966. his case changed the US by making them know the right of the citizens before they get arrested!!!!

Ernesto was in trouble because he rape, kidnapping, and robbery. and his punishment was sentenced to 20 to 30 years in prison. and his appealed to the Arizona Supreme Court, claiming that the police had unconstitutionally obtained his confession. and finally he creating the "Miranda Rights" we take for granted today is for, "the right to remain silent."

Ernesto has the case of rape, kidnapping and robbery. sentenced 20 to 40 years in prison. his case was not clear because of the fifth amendment and the confession of the police. then they went to the supreme court. after the appeal the case was reviled. the case caused to have miranda rights a summary of fifth and sixth amendment for people to have rights to defend themselves.

Ernesto was in trouble because he raped kidnapped and robed. He was convicted to 20-30 years in jail. Because the police forced the confession out of him without reading him his rights. His case went to the supreme court. They disscused that the police didnt read him his rights and that that was bad. His case changed the US by that they had to tell them the rights to the person when the person is arrested.

Ernesto Miranda got in troubles because he was charged with rape, kidnapping, and robbery.
His punishment was that he would be sent to prison for 20 to 30 years
his case was appealed to the supreme court because he claimed that the police had unconstitutionally obtained his confession. or forced him to speak when he didn't want to.
