Great idea. Too much power for the judges would change the country.

the president gets to pick the judges and courts because the president knows this people better than we do. plus the judicial branch has a lot to do with the nation. they make the big decisions of the nations. and the president has to trust them. because they play a big part in the nation.

think the president gets to pick them because, if he can trust the judge or not so the president is the head of the country and the head of military he responsible for everything so if one branch is too much powerful his power will not affect the citizens and the country will go down so that is why he get to pick the judge so that judge is the person with high reputation and well know by the president the judge can service until they died so president have to pick seriously.
